Duetto Spider wins the Best Alfa of the day - 28/05/2012
The Scottish Italian Car Day was blessed with beautiful weather this year, scorching temperatures ensured that the the new venue Hill of Tarvit Mansion House near Cupar was overwhelmed with Italian car enthusiasts, over 800 attendees enjoyed the event.
The condition award 'best Alfa of the day' was won by Ashley And Laurina Strachan's 1968 Alfa Duetto Spider which was driven from their home in North Lanarkshire.
Ashley & Laurina are self confessed petrol heads and were surprised and delighted to win the first prize donated by Western Alfa Romeo & Alfa Romeo UK of two Alfa Romeo VIP tickets to attend Goodwood later next month.
Well done Ashley & Laurina, have a wonderful day at Goodwood, we look forward to hearing all about your excursion next month.....
